Shipping Costs


We offer straightforward shipping rates:


Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00.

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free shipping.


The final shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete checkout.


Preparing Your Order


Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.


During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Delivery Estimates


After shipment, delivery generally takes 7–13 business days.


Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.


Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.


We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Delivery Issues


If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Packages in Transit


Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues.


If your tracking information has stopped updating for an unusual period of time, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the carrier and investigating the shipment status.


Order Cancellation


Changed your mind? No problem.


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not already been packed or shipped.


Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period may not be approved if order processing has already begun.


If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package.


Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
